Licensed since 2005, David Huffaker saw an opportunity to do real estate different than anyone else and created The Huffaker Group in 2013. Nashville was recovering from an economic downturn and the Middle Tennessee market was gaining momentum. He wanted to be a part of the recovery and open doors to home ownership for families and individuals. Since then, Nashville has seen unprecedented growth, and The Huffaker Group has grown to over 50 licensed agents, support staff and has earned national recognition for excellence in real estate sales, growth, and client service. Having served over 4,500 clients across Middle Tennessee counties, as well as offices in Knoxville, Johnson City, and Chattanooga, TN.

 

David then founded Level Eight in 2021 and designed the platform under the guidance and approval of Gary Keller, Jason Abrams, and Sajag Patel. He intentionally designed the platform that had less of an “Us/Them" relationship and more of a "We” relationship, aiming to support the business & brand future partners have already established. By creating a platform that reduced all costs and stresses through economies of scale, cost sharing and common expenses marginalize the impact of retention and attrition. Level Eight has created win-win financials and is the first and only platform to offer partners a 90/10 profit model until we help them grow.
