Level Eight Locals — SMS Notification Program
Program summary
Level Eight Locals is an internal transactional messaging program operated by The Huffaker Group for its own real estate agents. When an agent submits a bound purchase or listing contract to our intake system, our system sends that same agent a single text with a secure link to finish the few details only they can supply. No other person, lead, or client is texted through this number. Sending number: (629) 231-7203.
Opt-In & Message Flow
Only active real estate agents affiliated with The Huffaker Group / Level Eight Locals are part of this program. An agent's mobile number is collected directly from them as part of their onboarding and use of our internal contract-intake system — never purchased, scraped, or sourced from a third party.
An agent opts in the moment they submit a bound contract through our intake process. That submission is the consent event, and it generates exactly one text back to that same agent.
Sample message: "Level Eight Locals: Your contract for 131 Example Rd is in. Finish the last few details here: [link]. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg&data rates may apply."
Message frequency varies with how many contracts an agent submits — typically no more than a few per week, never more than one per submission. Standard message and data rates from the agent's mobile carrier may apply.

We collect an agent's mobile phone number and the transaction details they submit or confirm through the linked follow-up form. This information is used solely to send the agent their own transactional text and to complete that agent's own transaction record. It is not used for marketing, not sold, and not shared with any third party for their own marketing purposes. No mobile opt-in data or phone numbers are shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We retain an agent's number for as long as they remain active with The Huffaker Group and participate in this program, and remove it upon request or departure. Any agent may ask what information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@thehuffakergroup.com.

This program is available only to active real estate agents affiliated with The Huffaker Group — not the general public, clients, or leads. By submitting a bound contract through our intake system, an agent consents to receive one automated text per submission from (629) 231-7203, as described above. Consent is not a condition of employment. This number is for internal, transactional use only.
